Westgate mall siege: most hostages have left, says Kenyan minister

 Most hostages have left Nairobi's Westgate mall, says Kenya's interior minister Joseph Ole Lenku. He tells reporters black smoke seen billowing from the mall was caused by the gunmen setting fire to mattresses as a distraction. Footage shows people taking cover outside the shopping centre as gunshots are heard.
